Submitted under the title "Expert Digital and AI Skills for Borneo Workforce". Nothing in a 21-hour programme can make a learner an expert, and the assessment evidenced no such thing. The provider was asked to drop "Expert" from the name, or replace it with wording that matches the level actually assessed — Fundamentals or Foundations would both be accurate.

What it does not prove
It is not a regulated national qualification and confers no statutory licence to practise. Where a role is legally regulated, continue to require the statutory credential.
