Revision control
The Certification Council reviews the standard annually. Providers receive 90 days' notice of any change affecting a live certificate, and have until their next renewal to comply.
Requesting a document
Superseded revisions are retained and available on request to any provider, learner or employer with an interest in a decision made under them.
