After the final day
Four documents. Four templates.
Fill them in. That is the submission.
Course Outline
The cover document for your submission: what the course is, who it is for, how long it runs and who teaches it.
PDF2Trainer Background
Evidence that the named trainer is occupationally competent to teach this subject at the level you are claiming.
PDF3Syllabus and Module Split-Up
The module-by-module breakdown with contact hours. Hours must reconcile with the total duration you declared.
PDF4Learning Outcomes and Assessment
What a learner can do on completion, how you assess it, how results are moderated and how a learner appeals.
PDFWhy our certificates are worth something
You cannot generate a certificate for a course that has not happened.
- 1
Set the dates
Real start and end for the cohort.
- 2
Locked
No certificates before the end date.
Enforced
- 3
Prove it ran
Photos of your trainer, signed register.
- 4
We check
Against the trainer we certified.
- 5
Numbers issued
One per learner. Cohort ZIP.
Send a different trainer, and every certificate under that course is withdrawn — including ones already in learners' hands. They stay on the register marked withdrawn.
Before you submit
